Termite inspections
A visual inspection usually takes around 1.5 hours. Full internal inspection of all exposed timbers (window frames, door frames, skirtings etc..) all walls are checked with tramex moisture meter to determine any areas that may be potential termite activity. Roof void and subfloor, fences, trees and stumps are also inspected and any other landscape timbers.

A full report of any damage, activity and or potential high risk areas will be written up at the end of the inspection.
Termite Erradication
After a full inspection has been completed to determine areas and extent of infestation we can begin to chart the best course of action to eradicate the termites and protect you home against further attacks.
Ants & Spiders treatments
Where possible the roof void is treated, skirting boards throughtout the house are treated and external walls and gardens are sprayed from roofline to ground administered with minimal environmental impact.
Clients are advised to leave the property for a period of 2-4 hours.
Rodent treatments
Roof void and subfloor are baited and powder applied with fast knockdown and longevity
Bee and wasp
Once entry points to nest have been established treatment will begin at this time all pets and family members are advised to stay away from nest until activity has ceased.
